Our office is located inside the Doctor’s Tower of Hollywood Presbyterian Medical Building.  We are now located in Suite 703 as of December 2011.

There is metered street parking on Fountain and on Vermont streets.  There is also parking at the Hollywood Presbyterian Medical Center parking structure for a minimal hourly fee.
